Wordless Wednesday - This One Isn't Going To Win Toy Of The Year

In all fairness, each Zhu Zhu pet has a warning sticker on the bottom that says to be careful of getting them caught in your hair. So, I didn't let my youngest around them. It ended up getting stuck in each of my other daughter's hair, including my 10 year old. Needless to say, Zhu Zhu don't live here no more!

  1. That was the first thing my 2 year old son did with his, is put it on his head...go figure...at least he has really short hair so it didn't get stuck...

  2. Yikes, I see you disposed of this hair eater. Yikes.

  5. I can only imagine the screams that accompanied that. My daughter has one but I don't think she puts it on her head. We have had it since Christmas and haven't run into this (although it could be that she doesn't play with it).

  6. My daughter just got one for Easter. That is her first one. Today some yarn got stuck all in it. The hair thing hasn't happened yet. I hope it doesn't.

    Funny pic.

    Happy WW!♥

  9. Youch!!! I am so scared something like this will come up with our little varmints. EEP! Even with a little warning sticker, it can still happen. Hope the hair involved was repaired nicely and there weren't too many tears.

Thanks for visiting my Wordless Wed too! Hope you have a better Wed without any crying! :)
    Take care!

  10. That is good to know...thanks for the warning! I have thought about getting one for my son but I don't think I will now because that would most likely be my hair it was stuck in.

  11. Oh my goodness. We have never had one. AND I don't think we are going to get one. Thanks for the good tip.

  12. Lordy, I thought that was a cat toy at first! Our cats, now that I think of it, do love hair elastics to play with. So they would go nuts with that.

I remember turmoil with hair stuff (my girls are teens now, so it's been awhile since I was involved with hair stuff) but that looks downright painful...yikes!

Welcome back to blogging and to EC (I can't believe I'm still at both, but I am, though essentially down to one regular blog now, the one I have the most fun with)

  14. Oh dear! All I can say is OUCH! The Easter Bunny brought my son a Baby Pet so I will be careful around my daughter. Thanks for the warning.

Thanks for stopping by. Happy WW!

  15. That can be so dangerous. Hope it didn't hurt too much for the girls. Although they have put the warning label there, it makes more sense to make it more children friendly.

  17. I had a similar occurrence with a remote control helicopter after Christmas...my daughter needed a little more flight experience. ;) I guess a fake hamster isn't any less trouble than a real one. :(
