True, true and true to all of the above!! Inquiring minds need these answers!! At least I do! LOL!
Stopping over from Supah's...I totally feel you on the Teletubbies! Jeez that show made me crazy!
Since my kids are older, no, Spencer is not responsible enough to raise Carly but don't you remember the episode where their grandfather tried to take Carly to Yakima (really, I am trying to have an intelligent conversation about iCarly? I have to get out more).
I still have Barney nightmares. What sane mother would leave her child with that creep?
Bawhahahahahahah. You need to spend some serious time with some adults. Just saying.Have a terrific day Lydia. Big hug. :)
Is that stuff still on TV? yikes.Have a great Tuesday!http://harrietandfriends.com/2010/05/cinco-de-mayo-with-post-it-notes/
Teletubbies are the creepiest!!!
LOL those are some great questions. I always hated Barney but my kids couldn't get enough of him so I was forced to watch it for many years. And then my daughter bought me a Barney DVD as a joke for my birthday last year. I just can't escape him!!
That was great! I sometimes ask myself those same questions. Thanks for stopping by the Healthy Moms!
My two teen girls and I were watching an old tape of George and Martha (highly recommend this, based on the James Marshall books and terrific for adults too) when we came on a bit of an old Barney episode that had not been taped over, ugh, that I must have taped for them in the 90s and - it was just SO terrible, SO weird. We were all laughing and joking about it but I was thinking: actually, it was because of you guys that I taped this, how`s that for ironic!
I am actually VERY particular about what my child watches for these very questions!! All good ones!
Luckily my kids are past Teletubbies & we missed the whole Gaba Gaba thing. (not sure if spelling these right.) Some I like - like Wizards of Waverly Place I kinda like - lol.
Stopping by from Post It Note Tuesday. Love meeting other blogging Moms :-)
I have asked many of the same questions myself. I have always thought it odd too when animals like Mickey mouse have animals for pets. It just seems odd.
Luckily my son likes shows that are tolerable: Dinosaur Train, Sesame Street, and Sponge Bob. Actually, he would prefer to listen to music or music videos if I would let him. Speaking of Barney, I was flipping through the channels and we ended up on Barney. My 23 month old covered his hears and began to shake his head telling me over and over, no no no. haha - Thank God!
Ohhh too funny and so true!! I seriously want whatever the makers of Yo Gabba Gabba are on!! I wanna be happy and sing "there's a yummy in my tummy!!" This was funny...just stopped by thru another blog...I think I'll stay awhile :)
