Boiron Calendula Cream Review and Giveaway

With four girls one of them is always bound to get hurt. Typically is it their knees. I usually have a hard time convincing them to put something on the cut because they are afraid it will hurt. So, when I was asked to review Calendula Cream by Boiron, I was excited to try it.

Calendula Cream is a Homeopathic Medicine that helps promote healing of minor burns, scrapes and skin irritations. It also relieves sunburn and minor cuts. It is made from Calendula officinalis (Garden marigold) and has been used topically for generations to naturally heal cuts, scrapes, wounds, rashes and skin irritations.

Of course, since having the cream in my possession none of my girls have gotten any scraped knees. But, I did get a pretty good sunburn last week and decided to use it myself.

The cream is a non-greasy texture with no artificial colors or perfumes. It does have a slight scent, but I am not able to place what it is. I rubbed it on my sun burn and it did give me instant relief. It was not greasy, but I did find it to be a little sticky since the humidity and weather is so hot around here. It provided relief for a short while and so I just kept applying it to my skin when needed. It made make skin very smooth and soft as well as relieved.

WIN IT:

Boiron is offering one of my readers a box of Calendula cream of their very own.

  1. I visited the Web site and I would definitely get the Quit Snoring CareKit. I would then sneak it into my husband's food when he wasn't looking.
