I think I have been on every "diet" out there. My weight goes down, my weight goes up, I had four kids, my weight goes up. I am a walking Yo-Yo.
Being the Mom to four daughters I think body image is something that must be dealt with carefully. It made me realize that being on a "diet" is no good. What kind of example am I?
So, the word "diet" is not allowed in my house. My husband and I have chosen to start "eating healthy" and we both started Weight Watchers.
We are both using the Weight Watchers Points Plus system online. I am sure you have seen the commercial with Jennifer Hudson by now. Doesn't she look terrific!!!
I HAVE LOST 4 POUNDS IN A WEEK!! I AM SO EXCITED!! My husband has also lost five pounds in a week. We also have a workout regiment we are following. (I will write more about that another day)
I am just so excited I have found something that works, doesn't require special foods, and most importantly doesn't break the bank to be on!!! Diet foods are so expensive!! Weight Watchers allows us
to eat what we can afford and still loose weight.
If you are looking to loose weight this year I can't recommend this plan highly enough. It is so easy to follow and it does work!! I will keep you posted on my continuing results.
