Ode To My Stoller

Dear Stroller,

This was the first weekend in 11 years I have gone to an outing without you. I must say I missed you horribly. I was so wrong in thinking a family outing would be easier without you.

My youngest doesn't need you anymore, but I still do. Where do I keep the diaper bag (that I don't need that still carries my things?). I have no where to put the extra water bottles so we don't have to pay $5.00 a bottle to every fest we go to.

I am so lost without you. I can not bring you with us anymore and it makes me sad. One more step in the whole "all my kids are growing up" adventure.

Thank you for all the years you have served me so well. You will be missed.

  1. I so remember this. I think my dialog went about the same too.

Have a terrific day Lydia. Big hug. :)

  2. I definitely miss the stroller. Forget carrying the kids. I need it to carry all the stuff that an 11 year old and 8 year old need. I don't know why they wont carry their own stuff.
