Save Me #SouthBeachDiet



So after four children, many years of staying at home, many bills we have to struggle through, depression, anxiety, stress, working part time, looking for a full time job and the stress of life itself - I have gained weight....A LOT of weight.

I have not weighed this much since being pregnant. Life has seriously taken me down a path I swore I
would never go down. I don't know how many times I have told myself over the years that I would never become "that Mom" that lets herself go and puts on all the weight like she doesn't care. I do care!! I do care!!

I have finally gotten to the point where I am totally fed up with my weight and how I look and feel. I am ready!!I have chosen to do the South Beach Diet because I have tried it in years past and it worked for me. Carbs and sugar are my enemy! I hope this works for me this time. I really need to get the healthy me back.

Are there any of you that are on the South Beach Diet right now? If so, PLEASE leave me a comment. I would love to know what is working/not working for you.

Wish me luck! I am going to try and keep a weekly post to keep myself accountable on my weight loss.
